What is TDN?

Trigger Point Dry Needling (TDN) is a treatment technique that utilizes a thin, solid micro-filiment needle to deactivate and desensitize trigger points in muscles.

Myofascial Trigger Points are the "knots" in muscles that contribute to pain, decreased flexibility and decreased muscle function.

What types of problems can be treated with dry needling?
